The most useful message this site can receive is short and specific: “I did this last week and the fee was different”, or “that office has moved”.
Report something wrong
Email allaboutaccra@gmail.com. Please include:
- the page you are writing about
- what it says now
- what it should say
- where you got that, if there is a source or you saw it yourself
You do not need to be polite about it. A blunt correction is worth more than a diplomatic one.
Things worth telling us
- A fee changed. Especially at the NIA, the DVLA, Ghana Immigration or the Registrar of Companies, where published schedules and counter reality drift apart.
- A process changed. An office moved, a form went online, a step was dropped or added.
- A guide is missing. If you spent a week working something out the hard way, that is exactly the guide that should exist.
- A term is missing from the glossary. Especially Twi, Ga or pidgin that everyone uses and nobody translates.
What we cannot do
We cannot answer individual questions about your case — your visa, your landlord, your tax assessment. There is one of us and a great many of you, and an answer given badly to a specific situation does more harm than no answer.
If a guide does not cover your situation, that is useful information in itself. Tell us, and the guide gets better for the next person.
